A1: We provide full whole-house custom furniture, including custom kitchen cabinets, walk-in wardrobes, bedroom closets, waterproof bathroom vanities, TV cabinets, entryway cabinets and other storage cabinetry. We support OEM & ODM custom sizes, door finishes, board materials and hardware.

A2: Yes. We offer E0/E1 grade particle board, MDF, multilayer plywood, OSB and solid wood as options. All materials meet global standards like CARB P2, formaldehyde low emission certificates can be provided.

A3: Absolutely. We supply melamine, PET, acrylic, PVC , lacquer , veneer, solid wood door finishes with different of color swatches. You can send your local popular design styles, or our design team will design for you.

A4: Both options are available as your request. Flat-pack (knockdown) saves sea freight cost; pre-assembled cabinets save local installation labor time for your market.

A5: We accept flexible trial orders for new distributors. Small trial container, mixed cabinet items and full 20GP/40HQ bulk orders are all supported. No strict high MOQ limits.

A6: Yes, mixed container consolidation is our core advantage. You can combine different cabinet types in one shipment to enrich your product line and cut total logistics cost.

A7: Free custom 2D layout drawings will be provided after you share your room sizes, style requirements and quantity. No extra design fees for formal orders.

A8: Our main markets are Australia, New Zealand and European countries. We also ship stably to the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Africa. We support worldwide export to nearly all countries globally.

A9: Yes. We serve global furniture wholesalers, hotel/apartment renovation contractors, as well as clients for private villa whole-house custom furniture orders.

A10: Our experienced foreign trade team provides full one-stop logistics service. We can arrange door-to-door shipment including sea freight, customs clearance and local delivery to your warehouse if you have no stable transport channels.

A11: Typically, the design and manufacturing process takes 6-8 weeks depending on the complexity of the project. After comfirming the design,  production takes 20–45 working days based on your order quantity. The sea transit time depends on your destination port, we will offer accurate schedule after confirming your order details.

A12: Yes. We supply complete commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, fumigation certificate to support your local customs clearance.

A13: We conduct internal full QC inspection before loading. Third-party factory inspection is also acceptable upon your request.

A14: We accept T/T wire transfer for formal orders. A deposit of 30%–50% of the total order value is required before production, the exact deposit percentage depends on your order size and total amount. The remaining balance shall be settled before shipment.

A15: We use thick protective cartons and foam packaging to avoid damage during transit.
We normally recommend our clients to purchase cargo transportation insurance to cover risks in transit.
For any rare damage caused by production defects, we will provide replacement parts or corresponding compensation solutions after verifying your photos and videos. If damages happen during shipping, we can also fully assist you with insurance claim procedures.
